Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

You must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. Once we receive your notification, we will confirm receipt without delay.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Perishable goods or products that expire rapidly (this may include certain honey products — please confirm with your legal adviser which of your products qualify)
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

Returning Your Order

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return — whichever comes first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise.
